What he found at Tuck he still calls "five of the most informative days of my career." Led by Professor Vijay Govindarajan, the Tuck Global Leaders Program Paul attended was "well organized, well coordinated, and highly interactive." He derived tremendous benefit from a full day on cultural perspectives, learning "more about doing business in America in one day than I'd learned in five years," and even benefited from the session on finance, something that surprised him, considering the breadth of his financial background.

Back at work, Paul feels that he's been able to bring about some significant organizational changes. "Like many companies, we'd always been very good at things we'd done before. Now we're succeeding because we have the flexibility to recognize the need for innovation. I can't imagine having accomplished this without my experience at Tuck."
