Guy
Hocker is the founder and president of RTS Partners, a consulting
firm dedicated to strategy implementation services. He earned
a BS in electrical engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy
and an MS in operations research from the MIT Sloan School
of Management, where he was a Draper Laboratory Fellow.
With extensive experience in
financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and the
public sector, Mr. Hocker has helped organizations meet the
challenges of strategy implementation. He has worked with
some of the world’s leading organizations, including
DuPont, Monsanto, AT&T, and the Federal Aviation Administration.
