There's lots going on at Tuck and one of the projects I'm particularly excited about is a new program we are launching August 2-6 2014, the Tuck Leadership Experience.

In the summer of 2013 we ran Tuck Summer Camp, a program pilot for a new type of executive education offering. On the basis of the great experience that Summer Camp participants had, and their valuable feedback, we created “Tuck Leadership Experience”, a program that uniquely combines the best of Tuck and Dartmouth in a new kind of individual and professional development experience.

Created around the theme of personal growth and awareness, the Tuck Leadership Experience is one part summer camp, one part world-class education, and one part pushing you out of your comfort zone. Tuck Leadership Experience will consist of the same building blocks that made Summer Camp such a big success: leadership development, personal enrichment, and engagement with the outdoors. In this short video, you can see what the Summer Camp participants have to say about their experience and some of the program highlights:

The Tuck Leadership Experience is a chance for participants to immerse themselves in learning with world-class educators, to experience the beauty and value of being a part of a historic campus, and to just have a fabulous time.

I look forward to meeting the new class that will attend this summer.  It’s going to be a blast!

All the best,

Sydney Finkelstein,
Associate Dean for Executive Education, Steven Roth Professor of Management, and Faculty Director, Tuck Executive Program (TEP)
