I attended the Leadership and Strategic Impact (LSI) program at Tuck to sharpen my skills as a strategic leader, thinker, and communicator. The experience was so powerful and full of impact, I went back to Hitachi wanting for the senior leadership team to have the same experience. With that as our goal, we partnered with Tuck to develop a customized program based on the LSI curriculum to reinforce a “one-company” strategic mindset with a common language and leadership priorities.
