Optimizing Your Investment in Supplier Diversity Programs

Your supplier diversity program is a critical investment for your corporation. Tuck’s minority executive programs can help you optimize that investment by improving the capabilities of your minority suppliers. We have been helping companies build stronger supply chains for over 30 years.

Here’s what you can do:

• Sponsor your own high-potential minority suppliers.

• Donate to Tuck’s minority scholarship program fund to give individuals the opportunity to participate based on merit and need.

• Provide scholarships through supplier diversity resource organizations such as NMSDC.

In an era of outsourcing, global best practice is for corporations to develop their value chain partners. In return for this investment in supplier diversity development, you’ll strengthen your supply chain, build relationships within the minority business community, and increase the visibility of your commitment to supplier diversity. Moreover, when you demonstrate your commitment to developing highly effective minority and Native American suppliers, you are investing in your organization’s future—a critical investment in light of today’s changing demographics.
