Who Should Attend

Corporate Innovation in Practice welcomes leaders from across industry and function.

Participants are typically business leaders who want to innovate from within and create new engines of growth for their company. The program is equally relevant for corporate managers exploring new business lines, executive teams wanting to embed innovation systematically rather than episodically, and small-business owners who want to grow their operations. All Tuck Executive Sprints are targeted at senior leadership as well as project and people managers at all levels.

This program is a fit for you if you meet the above criteria and seek to:

  • Shape your organization's culture, decision rights, and risk systems to support internal innovation
  • Take your innovative ideas from opportunity identification and validation to incubation and launch
  • Plan for post-launch growth and portfolio management, including metrics, iteration or pivot decisions, scaling paths, and long-term sustainability

Being able to tap faculty expertise in a shared learning environment with participants from across industries was invaluable. The program accelerated my learning curve in the best possible way.

The Tuck Executive Sprint's bite-sized sessions work well for busy executives who find it hard to carve out a lot of time for personal development. Doing the sprint with a diverse group of leaders also enhances the experience and perspectives gained.
