Session One: June 3, 2026 - 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST
Building the Corporate Entrepreneurship Engine
In session one, participants will:
- Define the internal conditions required for entrepreneurial success: culture, governance, incentives, decision-rights, and risk tolerance
- Design the internal venture team, focusing on roles, structure, leadership, governance, accountability, and resourcing
- Frame and prioritize internal venture opportunities, articulating clear problem statements, customer value, and organizational fit
- Define the internal conditions required for entrepreneurial success: culture, governance, incentives, decision-rights, and risk tolerance

Session Two: June 10, 2026 - 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST
From Internal Venture to Market Impact
In Session 2, participants will:
- Build a corporate innovation process: idea pipeline, validation gates, funding and decision checkpoints, kill-criteria, and speed/governance balance
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for their internal venture: value proposition, segmentation, channels, positioning, launch timeline, and launch readiness
- Define post-launch growth, scaling and portfolio strategy, including performance metrics, scaling criteria, pivot or sunset logic, giving them a complete end-to-end blueprint for internal venture execution
- Build a corporate innovation process: idea pipeline, validation gates, funding and decision checkpoints, kill-criteria, and speed/governance balance
