Emmanuel Ajavon
Associate Director, Business Leadership Programs
Before starting at Tuck in 2019, Emmanuel Ajavon spent more than 20 years working in healthcare, most recently overseeing a research lab, cellular therapy center and blood donor program at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. Ready for a career change, Emmanuel joined Tuck Executive Education and immediately fell in love with helping diverse businesses succeed. His goal for the decades ahead is to work with underrepresented entrepreneurs in an effort to have them reach their full economic potential while supporting their local economies.
What’s the best leadership lesson you’ve learned?
In life’s journey, be nice and courteous to everyone you meet. You never know when you’ll need help from someone you crossed paths with in the past.
What do you like to do outside of work?
When I’m not enjoying the outdoors with my six-year-old daughter, I serve as a volunteer firefighter and mentor for youth in the Upper Valley.
Amy Baker
Operations Coordinator
Amy joined Tuck Executive Education in 2024 to work in operations. A Hanover native, Amy began her career at Dartmouth in the Office of the General Counsel in 2008 as an administrative assistant before becoming the office and trademark licensing administrator in 2017. Amy received her BA from Colby-Sawyer College and her Paralegal Certificate from Purdue University Global. At TEE, Amy helps coordinate operational and administrative processes for the portfolio of programs.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time reading, crafting, gaming, and relaxing with her family at their cabin in the mountains of northern New Hampshire.
Phil Barta
Executive Director, Tuck Executive Education
As executive director, Phil Barta oversees the Tuck School at Dartmouth’s executive education portfolio, including custom, consortium, online, open-enrollment, and social impact programs. Before joining Tuck in 2006, Phil spent five years working closely with Babson Executive Education’s corporate partners to develop custom and open enrollment programs, and previously held positions at the International Forum and the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business School. Barta holds an MA in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Michigan and a BA in government from Beloit College.
What’s something that not everyone knows about you?
In addition to my executive education background, I have extensive experience working in emerging markets, especially in Central and Eastern Europe. I was based in Prague for two years with the Foundation for a Civil Society, which emerged from Charter 77 New York after the fall of communism, and I was previously a speaker and faculty member at Wharton’s European, East Asian, and North American Forums as well as their programs in the Czech Republic, Poland, and China.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I reside in Lyme, NH, with my wife and two children, and I currently serve as a school board member there.

Andrew Kilibarda
Assistant Director, Operations
Andrew Kilibarda began his career working for Tuck Executive Education in 2008 as an administrative assistant before joining the Tuck Finance Center in 2010. After working in finance for seven years, he rejoined Tuck Executive Education to work in operations. Today he handles operations for our full portfolio of programs.
What is your favorite part of working with Executive Education?
I love meeting and interacting with our program participants. It is always rewarding to see how our programs have a positive impact on their lives.
What do you like to do outside of work?
When I’m not working, I spend as much time as possible fly fishing and hiking in the White Mountains.
Margaux Lohry
Director, Program Experience
Margaux Lohry joined Tuck Executive Education in 2016 to work on Next Step, Tuck’s innovative general management certificate program for military veterans and elite athletes. Margaux's passion for supporting elite athletes and veterans comes from her own professional and personal backgrounds. Prior to joining Tuck, she worked for ten years with the U.S. Olympic swimming and rowing teams as the international games manager, responsible for managing team operations, athlete services, and international travel logistics. Margaux's father is an Air Force veteran and she takes great pride in her work with Next Step and the opportunity it provides to continue supporting two populations that are meaningful to her.
What’s the best leadership lesson you’ve learned?
In keeping with my sports background, my favorite lesson on leadership comes from John Wooden: “Things turn out the best for people who make the best of the way things turn out.” This has been true for me in a variety of scenarios and I think this mindset is key to finding success during a career transition.
What do you like to do outside of work?
My husband and I can often be found chasing our two children. I also love to cook, travel, and watch nature documentaries.
Angus McReynolds
Manager, Program Experience
Angus joined the Tuck Executive Education team in 2024. Prior to that, he worked at the Irving Institute for Energy and Society on campus as their experiential learning coordinator. In that role, he was deeply involved in coordinating immersive, place-based learning programs for undergraduate students, organizing educational workshops, managing a student grant program, and supporting our internships and career initiatives. He holds a BS in Chemistry from Union College and an MSc in Natural Science Education from the University of Wyoming. He is passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and delivering transformative programs for business leaders.
What’s the best leadership lesson you’ve learned?
The best leadership lesson I’ve learned is the power of adaptability. In today’s fast-paced world, the ability to pivot and embrace change is crucial. It’s not just about having a plan, but also being ready to adjust that plan as circumstances evolve. This flexibility not only helps in navigating challenges but also in seizing unexpected opportunities.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I’m driven by curiosity and a love for exploration. I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s birding, spotting wildlife, or just soaking in the natural beauty around me. I love to cook seasonally and experiment with new recipes and ingredients. I love to travel, using each trip as an opportunity to learn something new about the world.
Kristin Maffei
Associate Director, Marketing and Communications
As associate director, Kristin Maffei oversees marketing and communications for the entire Tuck Executive Education portfolio. Before joining Tuck in 2018, Kristin was social media manager for Dartmouth College’s advancement communications department. Prior to joining the College, she held positions at New York University and Oxford University Press. Kristin holds an MFA in poetry from New York University and a BA in literature from Sarah Lawrence College. She lives in beautiful Norwich, VT.
What is your favorite part of working with Executive Education?
I love being able to take a wide lens toward my work here. We have many different types of programs that require different types of marketing, and I like the challenge of finding new audiences who will benefit from the transformative offerings that Tuck Executive Education has.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I love writing poetry, reading everything I can get my hands on, and exploring the Upper Valley with my husband and our son. Since moving here, I’ve starting spending much more time outdoors, and I enjoy hiking and skiing.
Doan Trang Nguyen
Associate Director, Business Development and Online Programs
As assistant director for business development and online programs, Doan Trang Nguyen focuses on building new corporate relationships and helps grow Tuck’s portfolio of online certificate programs. She completed her undergraduate degree at Colby College and began her career in university administration at MIT. Soon after, she completed her MBA in a joint program between IE Business School (Madrid) and Singapore Management University. Doan Trang worked with IE University in managing four offices in the North America region for eight years before settling in New England and joining Tuck Executive Education in 2022.
What is the best leadership lesson you’ve learned?
An adaptive mindset is a muscle that needs to be exercised as frequently as possible.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I enjoy skiing and fly fishing with my husband and being a doting mom to our elderly cocker spaniel. I also love gardening, cooking, and making pottery.
Scott Roberts
Assistant Director, Business Development
Prior to joining Tuck, Scott Roberts's professional journey centered around healthcare technology sales and sales leadership. He’s also worked in various other capacities, including account management, product management, and sales training. His career began with hands-on experience in operational and patient care roles at the Brattleboro Retreat, laying the foundation for his understanding of the healthcare landscape. Scott is passionate about delivering customized solutions that precisely align with client needs and market trends.
What is the best leadership lesson you’ve learned?
Change is inevitable, embrace it rather than resist it, always maintain a sense of curiosity, adaptability, and resiliency.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, my greatest joys come from spending quality time with myfamily. I have a passion for skiing and golf, even if my skills in both are a work in progress. Additionally, I find solace in exploring the mysteries of the cosmos, delving into topics like space, time, consciousness, and humanity's deepest questions.
Natalie Stephenson
Assistant Director, Program Experience
As assistant director, program delivery, Natalie Stephenson works closely with Tuck faculty and the executive education team to develop and implement intricate delivery plans for Tuck’s non-degree programs, primarily open enrollment and custom corporate offerings for rising and experienced executives, and social impact programs. Prior to joining the Tuck Executive Education team in 2021, she worked for the Institute of Arctic Studies (IAS) at the John Sloan Dickey Center for International Understanding at Dartmouth College, and before that, Natalie worked in a project and website management position at Garnet Hill.
What is the best leadership lesson you’ve learned?
Be considerate of others’ emotions and needs. Slow down and take time to listen. I learned this simple lesson from none other than a Little Blue Truck (by Alice Schertle) who led the way.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I enjoy exploring the White Mountains with my son, Charlie, and taking advantage of any opportunity to be outside gardening, skiing, or hiking. When I am not being active, I enjoy reading about the history and heritage of New England’s forests and parks.
