The Impact Academy powered by the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth

The Impact Academy is an exciting new series of programs created especially for the Olympic and Paralympic Movement by Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth. Each program offers Team USA athletes and USOPC, NGB, and LA28 employees the opportunity to build their professional network with others in the movement and learn immediately applicable skills for work and life. As the first learning and development opportunity for both employees and athletes, the Impact Academy is designed to help everyone learn together as a community, as an investment in their growth.

The initiative includes three virtual programs that are open to employees of the USOPC, NGBs, and LA28 with manager approval and to eligible Team USA athletes:

  • Are you ready to take ownership of your career trajectory? Own Your Impact will help you better understand what motivates you and how to leverage your networks, enabling you to chart a course for the future. The program includes sessions on intrinsic motivation and strategic networking, as well as an interactive workshop based on the book Designing Your Life.

    Outcomes
Participants will discover how they derive value from work, learn to use relationships as tools for advancement and growth, and create a plan for their career trajectory.

    Who Can Attend
