Are you looking to gain the tools you need to be an effective and impactful leader? Management Essentials is an intensive program that helps USOPC, NGB, and LA28 employees and athletes maximize their impact as leaders, allowing them to understand themselves in the context of others and gain the key tools for driving meaningful change.
