Are you looking to gain the tools you need to be an effective and impactful leader? Management Essentials is an intensive program that helps USOPC, NGB, and LA28 employees and athletes maximize their impact as leaders, allowing them to understand themselves in the context of others and gain the key tools for driving meaningful change. Through the program, participants learn more about themselves as holistic leaders and make plans to apply their skills to drive the Movement forward. Session topics include organizational behavior, using data to advocate for decisions, managing a budget, business communication, marketing, and design thinking.
Participants will build a deep understanding of how to effectively work with and manage others in the context of an organization and will improve their own leadership capabilities, in order to make a lasting impact on the Movement.
